Let me start by saying this: I didn’t think I could fall in love with a grill.
But here I am—flipping pancakes, sizzling fajitas, and cooking everything in between—on our new Blackstone Grill, and I can honestly say it has changed our family mealtimes. As a busy mom juggling teens, pets, and PCS life, I’ve tried to make cooking simple, fun, and something we actually enjoy doing together. The Blackstone delivered that and more.

One of my favorite things is how it brings us together. Everyone gets involved—someone's flipping bacon, someone’s buttering buns, and someone (me) is sipping coffee watching it all unfold. It makes cooking feel less like a chore and more like a memory.
Whether it’s Sunday brunch outside or quick dinner after a long day, the Blackstone turns ordinary meals into something special. We’ve even started calling it our “Griddle Nights” tradition.
